Native Sleep Tea is made with 4 native ingredients including Jilungin which has long been used by the First Nation’s people because of its calming, relaxing, sleep improving properties. Anise Myrtle and Lemon Myrtle have been said to help treat the effects of insomnia, restlessness, anxiety and depression. Taken before bedtime this tea will help calm, relax and ease your mind and promote healthy restful and rejuvenating sleep.
